Taking action for affordability.

OUR FOCUS

We are tackling the three greatest challenges facing Oregonians today: the homeless emergency, the affordability crisis, and the demolition epidemic.

Sharewell Model

We are building housing to fight homelessness and create affordability, which we call the Sharewell Model. The Sharewell’s shared living creates micro communities spread throughout the city. This model is also offered as a real estate investment opportunity designed to end homelessness and increase wealth building. The Sharewell Model is infinitely scalable and tailor-made for groups who can better find success together.

We are a THINK TANK

Our contributors research and write white papers and legislation that is designed to address our three great challenges. We seek to maximize return on public and private investment.

We take a non-partisan, scientific approach to design and distill the most impactful solutions possible.

We protect HISTORIC PLACES

When important places are threatened, we step in to buy, restore, and save them.

We help you MAKE A DIFFERENCE

For those who understand that making a difference is maximized through the most efficient organization, we provide an optimal conduit.

We are an active foundation managing every facet of our projects for strategic, results-focused action.

We are CHANGE AGENTS

We can build up to 25 times more housing than local government per dollar, and of much higher quality.
